My fours weeks Into internship

The first day of my Intership was good. I'am working in the hospital I working four days a week ( that mean I work four 20 hours in the weeks.) But the four first day was little bit hard because I work with old people at the hospital in 4th floor at "Tower 4 West and Tower 4 East. My job is to answer the phone and go to labotory to get blood for the patient.
The first day at the hospital that was not really bad.Am using a computer am using a computer that mean the computer is a touch screen . That mean the computer just to call& answer by the computer if the patient call they needs help I just answer the phone.( For example if a patient calling needs help like a she or he is on the room 438 b mean bed 4 west. If I pick up the phone I have too say just room 438b.)
But it's not a easy job because the are just the all people were the floor I work.
Just sometime I was lost In the building because I was confused about the west,east, north. My teacher ms Ariel was there to visit in my job they said am a good worker.
sometime you I getting bored because sometime you don't do nothing.
